I think it was stupid move to let him see the River.
I would push some (or all) chips after Turn...

Preflop: would've done the same in most situations, except when the table is really tight (I'd make a miniraise) or really loose (I'd raise more)

Flop: would've done the same, unless the opponent was known to make loose calls

Turn: definitely bet. You don't want to give out a free card, especially because the board contains both flush- and straight draws. I'd probably bet around 10k here. Maybe more if the opponent is known to chase against the odds.

River: Again, depends on how much information I have about the opponent, but in most situations it's pretty much a must-call. The opponent might easily have KQ or even AT which are both behind, and it can also be a cold bluff or a broken draw - you basically only have worry about KJ, TT, 99 and 77.

Because You know...
* after Turn You had highest pair with highest kicker
* never let to see cards for free with one pair
* opponent was afraid of one overcard (checks Flop)

I think the raise was correct. I would definitely fold a speculative hand like AQ earlier in a tournament, but with blinds/antes so high it's a hand you must play ..
