Quick question about Pokerstars : Beginner's Place

Every five minutes or so my cashiers window on PS pops open. It has never done this before and I got Poker Tracker last week. It's really annoying and frankly making me a bit paranoid, it's my cashiers window after all. Any correlation or is it happening to anyone else?
