Gus Hansen Goes Crazy (video 2)

Basically, Gus Hansen goes All-in each hand without even looking at it :D
Chris moneymaker has A 10 and calls Gus' All-in. The Great Dane is holding 10 7...

Lucky boy. What else can you say?
Two times in a row, he has lower chances to win before the flop. The first time one of the cards saves him... The next time he manages to get out of his mess dry.

And that is two hands in a row. The fortune is smiling on him. What else can you say? ;)

Yes, to some extent it's pure luck. But the main point is that he has all the control on the table. Almost every time player before him fold and doesn't even call to check the flop with good cards. They know that they should be willing to go all-in. But they are not willing to check their luck. Gus Hansen is unbelievably smart to choose such tactics. Each time he steals the blinds (30.000$ if I remember it correctly) and players are willing to call him only with monster hands.

This way, in a few rounds he should have enough chips to lose one or even two all-ins :)

He's still in the game, isn't he? :) If he can continue like that, he can easilly win the whole tournament and a spot in the next round:)
