Gt Members Live Get-together : General Poker Forum

Heyaa,

What do you all think about a nice get-together among the members of the forum?
As far as I understand, most of you are from Lithuania, thus it would be great to organize a (tournament-)party either in Vilnius or Kaunas.
All of you who'd be interested in this kind of event, speak up! It would also be much appreciated if those who would be able to offer a place for this event would scream out loud. To reward this kind person who will offer us the place, I think the rules should be following:
- guests will bring all the food/beverages and the host will enjoy it all for free
- we'll certainly make a poker tourney, thus a small amount of the buy-in's (e.g. 10%, as usual) would go to the host.

I think the get-together should take place on Friday, and go something like this:
Fri ~18:00 - introduction (beer/chat)
Fri ~19:00 - tourney (e.g. 50LT +R or 100LTL freezeout - nothing big)
Fri ~23:00 - hitting the best bars/clubs in Vilnius
Fri ~08:00 - not remembering even your own name anymore
Sat ~18:00 - afterparty for those who are still alive

I can't offer my own living place. But I will check one place in Vilnius.
I have a penpal who loves poker. He has a flat in Vilnius...

Depends on the date - I'll definitely try to bring someone with me, although in that case I would probably have to come by car, instead of plane. But what the hell - a small road trip is always nice

No problem. We can easily do this one as well. I'm anyway organizing some home games pretty often so the only issue would be finding a place to stay.
I'll do a little research and see if I can find any hotels/hostels with reasonable prices. Also, if there's 4 or more of you then we could put our money together and rent a camp or something for one night .. the cost of smth. like this should be around €150 so if its 4 from your side and, say, 6 from my side, it'd make only about €15 per face - not bad imo.

It depends on a date. I would participate in Vilnius, but not in Kaunas. Because I would have a place where to stay.

becouse as for me, i will came only in next year 1 st month , so i dont think that i could participate in these events.... i wanted maybe we can do it in next year 1st month - we would have a lot of time for preparing everything for a VIP party, ( Skyliner Bounty Turney ) and chose clubs , places, rezervations i would really wanted to participate in this Cool party to

Agree because international meeting should be organized well, so there's no rush. We can discuss every detail here.
