Our forum proudly presents the first GT Freeroll League!

The testing is over and its time for the real action to begin for our forum members. The first three test freerolls went pretty well and now gamestersTALK.com (GT) forum together with Poker Liberation announces our first freeroll league.

Each Sunday (starting Sept. 16), GT League will take place on the Poker Liberation software. Only people who download the software through our forum will be allowed to enter the tourneys and players will have to be active forum members.

Each event champion will receive a special invitation to the grand finale where the ultimate league champion will be determined.

Each tournament structure:
*Prize Pool: 100€
*Places Paid: Top 6
*Chip Stack: 2000
*Table Size: 8 players

In addition, points will be awarded to to Top 20 players after each tournament. Player, who receives the most points throughout the whole season, will be awarded a special prize.

I had joined a few forums and I could share this info if its o.k. But still, less players means more chance to win ;)

You can share this info with anyone you want and invite people here. We always welcome new members and the bigger the forum becomes, the more fun it will be for everyone :)

Really nice about the freerolls. Will these freerolls be protected with passwords or something?

I just love the enthusiasm and good responses regarding the freeroll league!
Yes, the freerolls will definitely be passworded so only our forum members can enter them.

And I think we will send PM's and/or letters to everyone every Saturday to remind about the freerolls. Maybe this will help to get more members to our tournaments. :) Hope you won't be angry for this.

Yes, it's a great idea to do freerolls every Sunday ...
But...
If our Lithuanian basketball team would play for 3rd place, we will to choose : basketball or freeroll. (because match starts 20:00 )
And if Lithuanians go to final , match starts 22:30 so we have only 1.5 hours to play.

Please, note that participating is OPTIONAL :)
So go watch basketball if You can't do both. I know that there will be no possibility to watch basketball in London... so I hope that I will play poker :P
And there are some ways to watch the game on the internet. So just enjoy a combination of basketball and poker.

Watching big matches at home destroys all the joy. And to watch basketball in London is really easy, as you can easily watch even TV3 in Lithuanian language there through cable TV optional package. Anyway, as you said, it is optional, everyone has his own priorities.
