Needless to say, the outcome of this hand was pretty terrible for the opponent (and pretty good to me! lol). But I was wondering what others think and would've done. Here are the questions:
1. What do you do on the flop?
2. Given that you do as I did, what do you put the opponent on after the call?
3. How much do you bet on the turn?
4. What hand do you put the villain on after the reraise?
5. Will you call the reraise, or fold?
My information on the opponent was following: mainly weak/tight, overestimates big-looking hands and is rarely able to get off the pots that he has once entered, is hyper-aggressive with good starting hands (AA, KK etc.) till the very end, but tends to be passive otherwise. Rarely bluffs, likes to slowplay monsters.
Just to clarify - against a usual opponent at 1/2, it would've been an easy fold for me. I'd automatically put a good player, in this situation, on a higher set and muck mine quickly. However, given the information that I had, I decided that there's a good chance of him having aces/kings/queens and overplaying them.
