Speaking unofficially now, I gather you have to be quite careful with member-to-member transfers. If you receive money from someone that gets banned, they ban you too - at least that's what I heard from people on other forums. Have you tried contacting them to un-block the account? I think Moneybookers are very good and helpful. I only ever hear good things about them.

What about Neteller?
