the flop is rainbow [8h] [Jd] [4c] and your opponent was holding [Kd][Kh]. Therefore, he made a very logical decision and you made a logical decision to call (maybe it's vice versa). Anyway, ugly turn when he probably had ~10% or less to hit his higher set.
